La sinceridad puede doler a veces, pero cuando el transmisor nos habla desde su corazón nos ayuda a crecer y siempre lo agradecemos. La falsa sinceridad, la que procede de nuestras opiniones y juicios, hiere, y por muy cierto que sea lo que digamos, no hará ningún bien al receptor, porque lo que recibe no se corresponde con lo que dices.
Habla solo cuando puedas mejorar el silencio.
