Nuestro miedo más profundo no es creer que somos inadecuados.
Nuestro miedo más profundo es saber que somos poderosos más allá de la mesura.

Es nuestra Luz y no nuestra oscuridad lo que más nos asusta.

Nos preguntamos ¿Quién soy yo para sentirme brillante, atractivo, talentoso, fabuloso?
Pero en realidad ¿Quién soy yo para no serlo?
Yo soy un hijo de Dios.

El juego de ser o parecer insignificante no te sirve ni le sirve al mundo.

No hay nada de iluminación en hacerte pasar por menos, con el fin de que otras personas no se sientas inseguras.
Todos podemos brillar tal y como lo hacen los niños.

Todos nacimos para manifestar la Gloria de Dios que está en nuestro interior.
Esta Gloria no está dentro de unos cuantos, sino que está dentro de todos nosotros.
Y cuando permitimos que nuestra Luz brille, también estamos dando la oportunidad a otras personas para hacer lo mismo.

A medida que nos vamos liberando de nuestros miedos,
nuestra presencia libera a otros automáticamente.

Our deepest fear is not; believing that we are inadequate.

I am a child of God.

The game to be or not to be insignificant does not work; does not work for the rest of the world.

Una Reflexión...

Nunca se debe perder la esperanza, se que dicho parece tan fácil!!
Pero a veces nos parece imposible no perder la fé aunque sea un ratito.
Cada día es una nueva oportunidad para sonreír, reír, divertirnos, amar, volver a olvidar, lo que cada uno quiera…
Lo pasamos trabajando aguantando los chaparrones diarios, ¿Cuantas veces se nos va el día sin sonreír? Sin mirar a los ojos a nuestros familiares cuando nos hablan, por estar pensando en otras cosas, obligaciones, cosas que nos quedan por hacer…que triste ¿no? Cuando seamos un poco más mayores y nos demos cuenta de que no disfrutamos lo suficiente, no compartimos lo suficiente, no estuvimos lo suficiente, quizás sea demasiado tarde…
La vida es maravillosa, y tenemos la gran suerte de que Dios nos la ha regalado, hay que aprovecharla. Mi consejo es reír, bailar, cantar, cualquier verbo que los pueda hacer felices, la felicidad esta en nosotros, no solo fuera…
Disfruten de las personas que los quieran, de sus seres que día a día están ahí, a su lado…
Esta reflexión es más bien para mi!! Jajaja!!! A ver si mañana no se me olvida.



A Reflection...
You should never loose hope; this is so easy to say this!!
But it sometimes seems impossible not to lose your faith even for a little while.
Every day is a new opportunity to smile, to laugh, to have fun, to love, to forget again what ever you want to...
We work hard everyday carrying our burdens, our obligation, how many times during the day we go about without smiling? Without looking into the eyes of our family as we speak, because we are thinking about other things, obligations are things we are missing to do ... isn’t it sad? When we get a little older then we will realize that we did not enjoy enough, that we did not share enough, that we were not there enough, perhaps then it might be too late ...
Life is wonderful, and we are very fortunate that God has given us the chance to live it, we must seize it. My advice is to laugh, to dance, to sing, do any verb that can bring happiness, happiness is within us, not just out of us, or around us ...
Enjoy the people that you love, your family and friends that are there every day, at your side ...
This reflection is good for me! Hahaha! Let's see if I do not forget it tomorrow.

El Camino...

1.-Al principio del camino hay una encrucijada. Allí puedes pararte a pensar en la dirección que vas a tomar. Pero no te quedes demasiado tiempo, o nunca saldrás de ese lugar. Hazte la clásica pregunta de Castaneda: ¿cuál de estos caminos tiene un corazón? Reflexiona lo necesario sobre las opciones que tienes delante, pero una vez que des el primer paso, olvídate definitivamente de la encrucijada, pues en caso contrario nunca dejarás de torturarte con la inútil pregunta: “¿El camino que elegí era el correcto?” Si prestaste oídos a tu corazón antes de ponerte en movimiento, escogiste sin duda el buen camino.

2.- El camino no dura para siempre. Es una bendición recorrerlo durante algún tiempo, pero un día terminará, y por eso debes estar siempre listo para despedirte en cualquier punto. Por mucho que te deslumbren determinados paisajes, o te asusten ciertos trechos donde hay que esforzarse especialmente para seguir en pie, no te aferres a nada. Ni a los momentos de euforia, ni a los interminables días en los que todo parece difícil, y el progreso es lento. Más tarde o más temprano llegará un ángel, y tu jornada habrá llegado a su término. No lo olvides.

3.- Honra tu camino. Fue tu elección, fue decisión tuya, y en la misma medida en que tú respetas el suelo que pisas, este mismo suelo respetará tus pies. Haz siempre lo más adecuado para conservar y mantener tu camino, y él hará lo mismo por ti.

4.- Equípate bien. Lleva un rastrillo, una pala, una navaja. Entiende que para las hojas secas las navajas son inútiles, y que para las hierbas muy enraizadas los rastrillos son inútiles. Conoce siempre qué herramienta hay que emplear en cada momento. Y cuida de ellas, porque son tus mayores aliadas.

5.-El camino va hacia delante y hacia atrás. A veces es necesario volver porque se perdió algo, o porque un mensaje que debía haber sido entregado se quedó olvidado en un bolsillo. Un camino bien cuidado permite que puedas volver atrás sin grandes problemas.

6.-Cuida del camino antes de cuidar de lo que está a su alrededor: atención y concentración son fundamentales. No dejes que las hojas secas del borde del camino te distraigan, ni que la manera como los otros cuida sus propios caminos desvíe tu atención. Usa la energía para cuidar y conservar el suelo que recibe tus pasos.

7.- Ten paciencia. A veces es necesario repetir las mismas tareas, como arrancar las malas hierbas o cubrir los agujeros que surgieron tras una lluvia inesperada. Que esto no te enfurezca, pues forma parte del viaje. A pesar del cansancio, y a pesar de las tareas repetitivas, ten paciencia.

8.- Los caminos se cruzan: las personas pueden explicar el tiempo que hace. Escucha los consejos, pero toma después tus propias decisiones. Tú eres el único responsable del camino que te fue confiado.

9.- La naturaleza sigue sus propias reglas: por lo tanto, tienes que estar preparado para los súbitos cambios del otoño, para el hielo resbaladizo del invierno, para las tentaciones de las flores en primavera, y para la sed y las lluvias del verano. En cada estación, aprovecha lo mejor que te ofrezca, y no te quejes de sus particularidades.

10.- Haz de tu camino un espejo de ti mismo: no te dejes influir en absoluto por la manera como los demás cuidan de sus caminos. Tú tienes un alma que escuchar, y los pájaros transmitirán lo que tu alma quiere decir. Que tus historias sean bellas y agraden a todo lo que tienes en torno. Sobre todo, que las historias que cuente tu alma durante la jornada se reflejen en cada segundo del recorrido.

11.- Ama tu camino: sin este principio, nada tiene sentido.

The Path...
1.-At the beginning of the path is a crossroad. There you can stop and think wich direction you're taking. But do not stay too long or you'll never leave this place. Ask yourself the classic question of Castaneda: which of these paths has a heart? Reflect a lot on the choices you have before you, but once you move, definitely forget the crossroads, otherwise you will never stop torturing yourself with this useless question: "Was the path I chose the right One?" If you listen to your heart before you start moving, certainly you will chose the right path.


2 .- The road will not last forever. Cross it and feel it as a blessing for some time, because one day it will end,so always be prepared to take leave at any point. As much as certain landscapes dazzle you, or you'll be scared during some stretches, where we must make special efforts to go ahead, do not cling to anything. Neither the moments of euphoria, nor the endless days when everything seems so difficult and progress is slow.Sooner or later an Angel will come, and your journey will come to an end. Do not forget.

3 .- Honor your path. It was your choice, it was your decision, and in the same way that you respect the ground you walk on, that ground will respect your feet. Always do what's best to conserve and keep your path and it will do the same for you.

4 .- Be well equipped. Bring a rake, a shovel, a knife. Understand that for dry leaves knives are useless, and that for deep-rooted grass rakes are useless. Know also what tool to use in differnt circumstances. And take care of them, because they are your best allies.

5.-The path goes forward and backward. Sometimes you need to go back because something was lost, or because a message that was forgotten in a pocket has to be dilivered. A well tended path enables you to go back without much trouble.

6.-Care of the road before you, take care of what's around: attention and concentration are fundamental. Do not let the leaves of the roadside distracted you, or the way others look after their own paths divert your attention. Use your energy to care and to conserve soil that accepts your steps.

7 .- Be patient. It is sometimes necessary to repeat the same tasks, like picking up weeds or closing holes that appear after unexpected rain. Do not let this get you angry, it is part of the trip. Despite the fatigue, despite the repetitive tasks, be patient.

8 .- The paths cross: People can tell time. Listen to advice, and make your own decisions. You are solely responsible for the path that was entrusted to you.

9 .- Nature follows its own rules: therefore, you must be prepared for sudden changes in the fall, slippery ice in winter, the temptations of spring flowers, and the thirst and the rains of summer . At each station, leverages the best that you offer, and do not complain about their characteristics.

10 .- Make your path a mirror of yourself, do not be influenced at all by how others care for their paths. You have a soul to listen to, and the birds reflect what your soul is saying. Let your stories be beautiful and pleasant to everyone around you. Above all, let your soul tell stories during the day that are reflected in every second of your tour.

Las Runas suelen ser labradas en trozos redondeado de materiales naturales, como la madera, o sobre piedras como los cuarzos, para que queden lo más natural posible. Las 25 runas tienen que caber en las dos manos.
La palabra runa viene del antiguo vocablo Germano y significa susurrar o secreto.

El Cuerno...

El cuerno antiguamente simbolizaba fuerza y poder, también en el sentido espiritual,se utilizaba para proteger contra el mal de ojo.

Shivá y Parvati...

Cuenta la leyenda que Parvati y Shiva solían jugar y sorprenderse mutuamente de manera constante. En uno de estos juegos, Parvati decidió acercarse silenciosamente a su marido por atrás, sin que éste se diera cuenta y sin ser sorprendida, cubrió los dos ojos de Shiva con sus manos. Y entonces pasó lo impredecible. No solo se oscureció la vista para Shiva, (…no solo desapareció el mundo entero para Shiva en ese acto de quedar a ciegas…), sino que el mundo entero efectivamente quedó en la más completa oscuridad. Después de todo era un dios… y lo que le ocurre a dios le ocurre al mundo… Y entonces, ante toda esa oscuridad, el ser completo de Shiva reaccionó y del medio de su entrecejo, emergió un tercer ojo, para cubrir la falta de los otros dos. Tercer ojo que volvió a iluminar el mundo. Y que le devolvió la vista a Shiva. Una vista renovada, por cierto. El tercer ojo, representa una conciencia superior.

El tercer ojo:

El tercer ojo de Shivá en su frente es el ojo de la sabiduría, conocido como bindi. Es el ojo que ve más allá de lo evidente. En consecuencia a Shivá se lo conoce como (‘señor de los tres ojos’). El tercer ojo de Shivá es comúnmente asociado con su energía salvaje que destruye a los malhechores y los pecados.

Hoy en España es el día del PADRE; lo pongo con mayúsculas porque eso es lo menos que se merece un PADRE (mi PADRE).
Esta mañana vino y me dijo que no tenía nada nuevo en el blog, cierto es, he estado ocupada y pensando cual sería mi próximo tema.
Así que papa cuando leas esto, feliz día del padre.

Cuando nací mi padre aplaudía mis últimos logros. Cuando me iba haciendo mayor, era una de las figuras que me ensañaba la diferencia entre el bien y el mal. Durante mi adolescencia era la autoridad que me ponía límites a mis deseos. Ahora que soy adulta, es el mejor consejero y amigo que puede una hija tener.

Happy FATHER´S Day...

Today in Spain is FATHER´S Day, I put it in capitals because that's the least a FATHER deserves (my FATHER).
This morning he came and told me that I had nothing new written in my blog, it is true, I have been busy and thinking which would be my next topic.
So, if you read this, happy Father’s Day!!

When I was born my father clapped my latest achievements. When I grew older, he was one of the figures that taught me the difference between good and bad. During my adolescence was the authority that put limits to my desires. Now that I'm an adult, he is the best counsellor and friend a daughter can have.

Los tesoros del alma...

Cuenta la leyenda que una mujer pobre con un niño en los brazos, pasando delante de una caverna escuchó una voz misteriosa que allá adentro le decía. “Entra y toma todo lo que quieras pero después que salgas, la puerta se cerrará para siempre, por lo tanto, aprovecha la oportunidad, pero no te olvides de lo principal”
La mujer entró en la caverna y encontró muchas riquezas. Fascinada por el oro y por las joyas, puso al niño en el piso y empezó a juntar, ansiosamente, todo lo que podía en su delantal. La voz misteriosa hablo suavemente; "Tienes sólo ocho minutos" Agotados los ocho minutos, la mujer cargada de oro y piedras preciosas, corrió hacia fuera de la caverna y la puerta se cerró. Recordó, entonces, que el niño quedó allá y la puerta estaba cerrada para siempre. La riqueza duró poco y la desesperación siempre. Lo mismo ocurre, a veces, con nosotros. The treasures of the soul...

Hablando del péndulo…

Ayer estaba atendiendo en la tienda a una mujer que en ese momento estaba muy negativa… Todos sus comentarios eran quejas.
Yo intentaba convencerla de que algo positivo tenia que tener su vida en estos momentos, aunque sea tiempo…ella se quejaba de la crisis, de la falta de trabajo y de la falta de dinero.
Todo esto lo decía muy bien arreglada y elegante, en apariencia no parecía faltarle nada en absoluto.

Otra señora estaba con su chándal estaba mirando los péndulos, de uno en uno, con una tranquilidad increíble, mientras yo intentaba animar a la primera señora, la segunda jugaba con los péndulos.

La señora con la que hablaba después de un ratito, salio. Al irse la segunda Señora empezó a hablar, me dijo que no la entendía, que con lo arreglada que iba y el bolso que llevaba colgado, que parecía muy caro, no parecía que tuviera que quejarse.
Esta señora era todo lo contrario, la positividad en persona, estuvimos hablando un ratito, y me encanto.

Ahora vuelvo al péndulo, hablamos de cómo las abuelas antes, agarraban su cadena de oro con la medallita. La utilizaban como un péndulo, para ver si las mamas embarazadas iban a tener niño o niña.

Eso nos recordó de como todas nuestras madres con tan poco hacían de todo y estiraban el dinero como un chicle, para llegar a fin de mes, o poder comprarnos unos zapatos, fue una conversación que me transporto al pasado a mi niñez.

En este presente nos hemos vuelto tan cómodos, que no nos adaptamos a la nueva situación económica en la que vivimos…

Esto me hace reflexionar todo esta en la forma con la que miramos la vida, los valores que tenemos, todo esta en nuestro interior…





Speaking of the pendulum ...

Yesterday I was attending in the shop a lady who at the time was very negative ... All her comments were complaints.
I tried to convince her that she had to have something positive in her life at this moment ... she was complaining about the crisis, not having a job and lack of money.
All of this she would say very well dressed, elegant and in appearance and did not seem to need anything at all.

Another lady with her tracksuit on was looking at the pendulums, one by one with incredible peace, as I tried to encourage the first lady, the second played with pendulums.

The lady, with whom I spoke after a while decided to leave, after her leaving the second lady started talking, she said she did not understand why the first lady was complaining, that she seemed like she did not need any material things, she was well dressed and had an expensive handbag; it seemed that she had no reason.
This lady was quite the opposite, a very positive person, we talked for a while, and I was delighted.

Now back to the pendulum, we talk about how grandmothers used to, grasp their gold chain with the medallion and used it as a pendulum to see if pregnant moms were going to have a girl or a boy.

That reminded us of how all of our mothers with so little did so much and stretched money like a piece of gum, to make ends meet, or to be able to buy some shoes, it was a conversation that transported me to my childhood.

In this present time we have become so comfortable that we do not adapt to the new economic situation in which we live ...

This makes me think everything is depending on the way in which we look at life, the values we hold, everything is inside of us ...

El Buda Feliz...

Generalmente se le representa robusto, lozano y con una sonrisa en su rostro, es conocido con el nombre popular de "Pha" se considera una figura que atrae la buena suerte, es un símbolo de felicidad, amabilidad y alegría. Se piensa que atrae riqueza, por eso si lo llevas contigo o la colocas en tu hogar o negocio atraerá la riqueza y la felicidad. También ayuda a superar los peligros y los problemas.

Para los orientales y los practicantes del budismo, Buda es un símbolo sagrado y forma parte de sus creencias religiosas, mientras que para la mayoría de los occidentales es un talismán de buena suerte.
