Fin del 2015...

Ya llega el final de este año, parece mentira, porque el tiempo se me ha ido tan rápido.

La verdad es que ha sido un año muy bueno en lo que se refiere a mi vida personal, estar conmigo misma y con los demás este año ha sido fácil.

Mi trabajo me sigue gustando mucho, me encanta hablar con los clientes y hacer intercambio de historias y de ideas. Me sigue apasionando el atenderles.

Agradezco a todas las personas que a lo largo de este año han sido clientes de MW (minerales) ellos son los que mantienen este proyecto en marcha, son los que hacen que me levante con ánimos todos los días para continuar abriendo la puerta por la mañana con una sonrisa. Les doy las gracias, de todo corazón.

Me gustaría mucho agradecerles a los internautas, el estar pendientes del blog, de entrar de vez en cuando y mirar, leer y disfrutar de él. Eso me motiva a seguir activa, a darle unos minutos semanales, y buscar algo que publicar. Gracias por entrar, se los agradezco.

No tengo más que palabras de agradecimiento para todos ustedes y por supuesto desearles a todos un Feliz Año Nuevo, espero que 2016, sea por lo menos igual que 2015, y si puede ser mejor!

It is the end of the year, it seems impossible, because time has gone so fast.

The truth is it has been a very good year when it comes to my personal life, being with myself and with others this year has been easy.

I still love my job, I love talking to customers and exchanging stories and ideas. I still like to attend you.

I thank all the people that throughout this year have been customers of MW (minerals) they are who keep this project going, it is what makes me get up every day. It encourages me to continue opening the door in the morning with a smile. I thank you, with all my heart.

I would really like to thank the Internet users, for keeping up with the blog, reading and enjoying it. That motivates me to continue on, to give a few minutes of my time weekly and looking for something to post. Thank you for entering, thank you.

Feliz Navidad!!...

En estas navidades quiero hacer una pequeña reflexión, me gustaría que la leyeran con el corazón y se dejaran llevar por sus sentimientos:

En estos momentos, reflexiono sobre mi forma de actuar con los demás…

Por que cuando salimos a la calle llevamos, nuestro mejor traje, nuestra mejor sonrisa, y nuestra amabilidad? Porque… por el que dirán, por impresionar, o por llevarnos con la sociedad…

No lo sé, pero si recomiendo y pienso que eso está muy bien, no estoy en contra.

Pero al llegar a casa qué?? Nos quitamos todo??... somos nosotros mismos?? Estamos cansados??...

Al llegar a casa están los seres que más nos quieren, los que más hacen por nosotros en el día a día, los que nos han aguantado en las buenas y en las malas.

Sé lo merecen?? Te lo mereces?? Reflexiona! Es tu actitud la correcta?? Usas el corazón con ellos??...

Desde aquí dejo en el aire tu respuesta, yo sé la mia.

Sé que me comprometo en este año Nuevo a ser la mejor y más sincera versión de mí en el 2016.

Sé que respirare al abrir mi puerta y daré lo mejor de mí, a esos seres que siempre me esperan, siempre me apoyan, siempre me animan a los que son parte mía y voy a tratar mejor que a nadie. Si, puedo hacerlo. Y lo haré.

Desde aquí les deseo a todos Feliz Navidad, abran su puerta y amen, amen mucho a las personas de su templo, las que siempre les espera y harían cualquier cosa por ustedes.

I know this year I pledge again to be the best and most honest version of myself in 2016.

Primero Yo...

Hoy me vi por primera vez…

Hoy me detuve en el espejo de mi baño, y vi a una mujer mayor, sin sueños… Con la rutina de toda la vida, y me di cuenta que me levanté 15 minutos más temprano que nunca.

Me había olvidado cuando fugazmente despertaba hace unos pocos años sonriente y me animaba diciendo que ese día sería mejor que el anterior.

Precisamente no recuerdo cuándo cambio esto. Por despertar atrasada, desesperada por el tiempo, por los pendientes, empecé a no ir a los salones de belleza con la misma frecuencia, porque el dinero lo ocupaba para obra buena actividad familiar.

No tengo más de 45 años y me siento de 90; desesperada porque no he realizado muchas cosas, pero esas cosas ya no son SUEÑOS de antes.

Hoy me desperté 15 minutos antes de mi vieja rutina. Recordé que mi marido tuvo una reunión de trabajo; se fue y ni me avisó. Hoy recordé que mi hijo de 12 años no me obedece; el de 18 años dice que soy ridícula porque no soy hombre como él; y mi hija de 15 años sólo me busca cuando necesita algo.

Estoy segura que todos saben que los amo, pero ¿cómo me pueden valorar si yo no me valoro a mí misma? Por eso, a partir de hoy, seré PRIMERO YO, y lo quiero compartir con ustedes.

Levántense 15 minutos antes, mírense en el espejo y díganse a sí mismas a quien ven. ¿Les gusta esa mujer o desean ser otra? Nunca es tarde para cambiar; tarde sería si mueres.

Ese hoy fue hace dos años, y las cosas cambiaron muchísimo; pero no fue fácil. ¡por supuesto que no! Me costó levantarme temprano para cepillarme el cabello bien y arreglarme como para ir a trabajar. Renuncié a mi trabajo de 15 años (aún lo extraño) y empecé a ir al gimnasio.

Los primeros meses fueron un fracaso, pero después baje de peso; cambié mi forma de vestir y, hasta mi esposo asombrado, me invitó un día a cenar para preguntarme si nuestro matrimonio continuaba bien o tenía un amante: le dije sin vacilar:

Sí… Tengo otro amor que me llena completamente… Y ese amor soy yo; y bueno, qué más puedo decir: soy otra porque PRIMERO SOY YO!

Nos pasa que de pronto un día miramos de reojo una vidriera y vemos una imagen reflejada que no es la nuestra.

Un día nos encontramos recordando a aquella mujer y sentimos que la fuimos sepultando lentamente. Presenciamos su lenta agonía… Y no hicimos nada para revivirla.

La pareja, la familia, los hijos… El gato, el perro, el canario… La casa, las compras, el trabajo, el auto, la limpieza, las camas bien tendidas, el orden… Y allí debajo una mujer que grita: ¡Socorro! Que se mueve con amor, con sensibilidad, con vocación, pero que dejó lentamente que todo la supere; y se quedó allí, en ese lugar, viendo pasar la vida de los otros, que se olvidó de sí misma.

Tenemos que revivir a esa mujer y hacer que diga ¡AQUÍ ESTOY! Todos los días. PRIMERO YO, y no significa que soy egoísta… PRIMERO YO y eso es lo único que importa.

Intentemos recuperar a esa mujer bella que nos hacía sentir seguras. Desterremos culpas; y si el desayuno, el almuerzo, La merienda o la cena se demoran un poco porque nos estamos poniendo guapas, pensemos que ese cuidado a nosotros mismas, esa dedicación, ese amor, serán la medicina mágica que hará que nuestra autoestima crezca.

Si nuestra autoestima no está bien, nada está bien en nuestra vida; y por ello, dejemos que otros nos desprecien o nos desvaloricen.

PRIMERO YO… Mi vida es una piedra preciosa. Soy la única que puede hacer que se destaque por su brillo… O dejar que se apague para siempre...

Today I saw for the first time ...

Today I stopped in the mirror in my bathroom, and I saw a woman without dreams ... With the routine of life, and I realized I got up 15 minutes earlier than ever.

I had forgotten when I woke up a few years ago briefly smiling and encouraged myself saying that that day would be better than the last one.

I do not remember precisely when this change. Waken late; desperate for time, pending, I began to not go to beauty salons as often, because the money was used for family activity.

I am over 45 years old and I am 90; desperate because I have not done many things, but those things are no longer DREAMS like before.

Today I woke up 15 minutes earlier than my old routine. I remembered that my husband had a business meeting; and he left without telling me. My 12 year old son does not obey me; my 18 son says I'm ridiculous because I am not a man like him; and my 15 year old daughter wants me only when she needs something.

I'm sure they all know I love them, but how can I assess if I do not value myself? So starting today, I will be first me, and I want to share it with you.

Get up 15 minutes early, look at yourself in the mirror and talk to yourself to so you can find yourself. Do you like this woman or want to be another? It's never too late to change;It would be late when you die.

That was two years ago today, and things have changed a lot; but it was not easy of course not! I struggled to get up early to brush my hair well and get ready to go to work. I quit my job of 15 years (still miss it) and I started going to the gym.

The first months were a failure, but then I lost weight; I changed my clothes and, to my amazement husband invited me to dinner one day to ask if our marriage continued well or I had a lover, I said without hesitation: Yes ... I have another love that fills me completely ... And that love is me; and well, what more can I say I'm someone because it is ME FIRST!

This happens because suddenly one day we see our self in a window and see an image that is not ours.

One day we are remember the woman we were and feel that we are burying our self slowly. We witness its slow agony ... and did nothing to revive.

Our couple, family, children ... The cat, a dog, a canary ... The house, shopping, work, car, clean, well-tended beds, order ... And there under all of that is a woman screaming: Relief! That moves with love, sensitivity, vocation, but slowly allowed all the excess; and she stayed there, in that place, watching the lives of others, and forgot about herself.

We have to revive the woman and have her say HERE I AM! Daily.

Me First, it does not mean I'm selfish ... Me First and that's all that matters. Try to regain that beautiful woman who made you feel safe. Banish guilt; and if breakfast, lunch, snack or dinner is delayed a little because we are getting beautiful, think that caring for us, that dedication, that love will be the magic medicine that will make our self-esteem grow.

If our self-esteem is not right, nothing is right in our lives; and thus let others despise us or devalue us.

First I ... My life is a precious stone. I am the only one who can make it stand out for its brightness ... Or let it go dark forever
