La maestra, con sus alumnos en clase, les presentó un vaso que contenía agua.
Se trataba de una clase práctico-didáctica, con la intención de establecer una analogía entre la "carga real" y la "carga subjetiva".
Con el vaso "medio lleno - medio vacío" en la mano de la maestra, se presuponía que la pregunta formulada por ella sería:
- "¿Está medio lleno o medio vacío, el vaso?"
Sin embargo, la maestra formuló otra pregunta:
- "¿Cuánto pesa este vaso?"
Las respuestas de sus alumnos variaron: entre 200 y 250 gramos fue lo que estimaron.
Pero la maestra volvió a terciar:
- "El peso absoluto de este vaso, con el agua, no es importante.
El "peso subjetivo" es el peso importante, el cual depende de cuánto tiempo yo lo sostengo.
Si lo sostengo 1 minuto, no es un problema para mí……
…… si lo sostengo una hora, me va a doler el brazo……
…… y si lo sostengo 1 día entero, muy posiblemente mi brazo se entumecerá y adquirirá rigidez.
En los tres casos, el peso del vaso, con el agua, no habrá cambiado;
pero cuanto más tiempo lo esté yo sosteniendo, más pesado se volverá para mí."
Y la maestra continuó:
- "Con las malas gestiones emocionales ocurre lo mismo que con el vaso de agua sostenido por mí brazo.
Si las descargas al poco rato, y te liberas de ellas, no ocurre nada.
Si te las haces tuyas un día entero, empiezan a doler.
Y si cargas con ellas crónicamente, acabas sintiéndote abrumada/o, "aplastada/o por el peso".
Es bueno SOLTAR los "desasosiegos circulares"
Es bueno SOLTAR las "cargas circulares".
No SOLTAR supone cargar: cargar con el "peso real" y con el "peso subjetivo".
El vaso pesa su "peso real" y su "peso subjetivo".
¡Acuérdate de SOLTAR el vaso!
