To be At This Time...
"I hear that you are wise man ... Please tell me what things a wise man can do that are not available to other people.”
The old man replied, "When I eat, I just eat, I sleep when I'm sleeping, and when I speak with you, I just talk to you."
"But I can do that and that does not make me wise", replied the surprised man.
"I do not think so," replied the old man. "Well, when you sleep, you remember the problems you had during the day or that you can imagine having when you get up. When you eat, you are planning what you will do later. And while you are talking to me you are thinking about the next question or how you are going to answer me, before I even finish talking. "
The secret is to be aware of what we do in the present moment and thus enjoy every moment of the miracle of life.

Estar en Tiempo Presente...
"Me han dicho que tú eres sabio… Por favor, dime qué cosas puede hacer un sabio que no están al alcance de las demás personas.”
El anciano le contestó: “Cuando como, simplemente como; duermo cuando estoy durmiendo, y cuando hablo contigo, sólo hablo contigo.”
“Pero eso también lo puedo hacer yo y no por eso soy sabio”, le contestó el hombre, sorprendido.
“Yo no lo creo así”, le replicó el anciano. “Pues cuando duermes, recuerdas los problemas que tuviste durante el día o imaginas los que puedes tener al levantarte. Cuando comes, estás planeando lo que vas a hacer más tarde. Y mientras hablas conmigo piensas qué vas a preguntarme o cómo vas a responderme, antes de que yo termine de hablar.”
El secreto es estar consciente de lo que hacemos en el momento presente y así disfrutar cada instante del milagro de la vida.
