Test para saber si los Chakras están abiertos o cerrados.

Chakra de la Raíz

¿Me siento físicamente vibrante, saludable y de gran alcance en el mundo? ¿Me siento como en casa aquí? ¿Me siento como si me pertenece? ¿Tengo un fuerte deseo de vivir? ¿Me amo a mi cuerpo y apreciar como un tesoro maravilloso? ¿Soy una persona de alta energía, en movimiento con audacia por la vida?

Chakra Sacro

¿Tengo un fuerte impulso sexual saludable? ¿Me siento confiado y sexual plena? ¿Puedo expresarme sexualmente, y dar y recibir placer? ¿Tiene expresarme creativamente siento de maravilla y el cumplimiento?

Chakra del Plexo solar

¿Sé lo que quiero, y tener confianza en ser capaz de manifestarlo? ¿Puedo tomar decisiones y actuar sobre ellos? ¿Estoy consciente de mis emociones y poder controlarlas? ¿Soy capaz de tipo mental y resolver a través de mis sentimientos? Estoy emocionalmente cumplido?

Chakra del Corazón

¿Tengo que cumplir, las relaciones sanas? ¿Me amo a mí mismo, amigos y familiares, y tienen un fuerte sentido de la compasión para todos los seres vivos? ¿Puedo aceptar a los demás como son, sin necesidad de que cambien? ¿Debo esperar lo mejor de la gente, y buscar lo mejor de ellos? ¿Soy bueno en la cooperación? ¿Puedo quedarme en el momento y los resultados de la entrega para el Universo?

Chakra de la Garganta

¿Puedo expresarme con la habilidad y la facilidad? ¿Hago las cosas prácticas que tengo que hacer para estar saludable, feliz y exitosa? ¿Debo asumir la responsabilidad de mi vida en vez de culpar a otros por mis problemas y esperando que otros a cuidar de mí? ¿Debo tratar de hacerlo lo mejor posible, y me siento digna de recompensa o compensación por mis esfuerzos? ¿Tengo suficiente fe en mí mismo a asumir riesgos, aceptar los desafíos, y crear vías de realización?

Chakra del Tercer ojo

¿Estoy mentalmente fuerte y capaz de resolver las cosas? ¿Tengo un montón de ideas creativas, y el hábito de tomar las medidas necesarias para hacerlas realidad? No respuestas o ideas vienen a mí como mentalmente tratar de entender las cosas? ¿Soy capaz de visualizar mis metas y sueños? Cómo puedo definir objetivos realistas y alcanzables? ¿Mis experiencias de apoyo y validar mis creencias sobre la vida?

Chakra de la Corona

¿Me siento como si yo fuera parte de algo grande y maravilloso? ¿Me siento conectado a Dios/Espíritu del Universo, y siento que mi vida tiene un propósito? ¿Soy capaz de ver a mí mismo con honestidad, y para descubrir las lecciones de mis experiencias con el fin de desarrollar la sabiduría?

Significado de Chakras Bloqueados.

Primer Chakra cerrado.

La persona esta desvitalizada, su voluntad de vivir esta muy disminuida.

Segundo Chakra cerrado.

La persona tiene dificultad para recibir y dar amor. No hay potencia sexual.

Tercer Chakra cerrado.

Dificultad para sentir, bloquea sus sentimientos. No sentirá amor y aceptación por si mismo. Sentimientos de rechazo personal y desinterés de la propia salud.

Cuarto Chakra cerrado.

Tiene dificultad para amar sin recibir nada a cambio. Ausencia de propósito y significado de su existencia. Tenemos la idea equivocada de que Dios y todos se oponen a nuestra voluntad.

Quinto Chakra cerrado.

La persona no puede hacerse cargo de su vida. La comunicación no fluye. Profesionalmente esta frustrado, no hace lo que quiere.

Sexto Chakra cerrado.

Existe confusión, ideas bloqueadas. Las ideas no tienen salida al plano material. Se convierte en frustración.

Séptimo Chakra cerrado.

La persona no ha conectado su ser espiritual a su ser físico.

Root Chakra.

Do I feel physically vibrant, healthy and powerful in the world? Do I feel at home here? Do I feel like I belong? Do I have a strong desire to live? Do I love and appreciate my body as a wonderful treasure? I'm a person of high energy, boldly moving through life?

Sacral Chakra.

Do I have a healthy strong sex drive? Do I feel confident and fulfilling in sex? Can I express myself sexually? Can I give and receive pleasure? Does creatively express feel great and compliance?

Solar Plexus Chakra.

Do I know what I want, and have confidence in being able to show it? Can I take decisions and act on them? Am I aware of my emotions and can I control them? Am I able to type and solve my mind through my feelings? I'm emotionally fulfilled?

Heart Chakra.

Do I have healthy relationships? Do I love myself, friends and family, and have a strong sense of compassion for all living things? Can I accept others as they are, without having to change? Should I expect the best of people, and find the best of them? Am I good at cooperation? Can I stay in the moment and delivering results for the Universe?

Throat Chakra.

Can I express myself? Is my ability at ease? Do I do the practical things I have to do to be healthy, happy and successful? Should I take responsibility for my life instead of blaming others for my problems and expecting others to take care of me? Should I try to do my best, and I feel worthy of reward or compensation for my efforts? Do I have enough faith in myself to take risks, accept challenges, and create ways of realization?

Third Eye Chakra.

Am I mentally tough and able to work things out? Have I got a lot of creative ideas, and the habit of taking the necessary steps to make them happen? No answers or ideas come to me and mentally try to understand things? Am I able to visualize my goals and dreams? How I can set realistic and achievable goals? Are my experiences of support and validate my beliefs about life?

Crown Chakra.

Do I feel like I'm part of something great and wonderful? Do I feel connected to God / Spirit of the Universe, and feel that my life has a purpose? Am I able to see myself honestly, and discover the lessons of my experiences in order to develop wisdom?

Blocked Chakras Meaning.

First Chakra closed.

The person is devitalized, his will to live is very diminished.

Second Chakra closed.

The person has difficulty to receive and give love. No sexual potency.

Third Chakra closed.

You have difficulty to feel, blocking your feelings. You will not feel love and acceptance for yourself. You have feelings of personal rejection and lack of their own health.

Fourth Chakra closed.

You have difficulty to love without getting anything in return. You feel absence of purpose and meaning in your existence. You will believe that God and all is against your will and that is why nothing comes out as you want it too.

Fifth Chakra closed.

This person cannot take over the control of their life. No flowing communication. Professionally this frustrated them, and they cannot do want they want.

Sixth Chakra closed.

There is confusion, ideas blocked. Ideas do not have access to the material plane. It becomes frustrating.

Seventh Chakra closed.

The person cannot connect his spiritual being to his physical being.

Estar en Tiempo Presente...

El secreto es estar consciente de lo que hacemos en el momento presente y así disfrutar cada instante del milagro de la vida.
