Hoy donde quiera que voy veo escrito comentarios sobre este día y este año que tiene 366 días, y claro también están las personas que hoy pueden celebrar su cumpleaños el día que es. Así que me apeteció muchísimos desearles un Feliz Cumpleaños... Disfrútenlo!

Esa luz que buscamos en nuestro caminar… todos la vemos en sueños…incluso el que vive en la oscuridad…

Si cierras los ojos y callas la mente, puedes llegar a ella, verla, sentirla y darle más vida…

Deja de escuchar tanto ruido,

Deja de atacarte con pensamientos oscuros,

Deja de dejar que los demás te influyan en tus pensamientos sobre ti mismo.

Tú eres tú, con tu oscuridad y tu luz.

La oscuridad está en todos nosotros, claro que si!

Pero de nosotros depende, quien rige en nuestro interior.

La Luz, está en ti, en mí, en todos! Sólo tienes que buscarla, conectarte a ella y empezar a vivirla.

Si es suave y cándida como una vela en un cuarto oscuro, si la sientes así dentro de ti… solo tienes que oxigenarla para que crezca, llenarla de poder para que poco a poco brille, llenarte de buenas palabras, pensamientos, obras y no flagelarte, sino amarte.

Brillar tanto que por fin te sientas libre,

Libre de temores,

De tristeza,

De malos pensamientos,

Esa luz que eres tú, no parte de ti.

Todos somos luz, seres de luz… solo que de ti depende regirte por la luz, o optar por la oscuridad.

The light we look for during our life ... that we see in our dreams ... even those who live in darkness ...

It is in us, deep down inside...

If you close your eyes and quiet your mind, you can find it, see it, feel it and make it live ...

Stop listening to so much noise,

Stop attacking yourself with dark thoughts,

Stop letting others influence you in your thoughts about yourself.

You are you, with your darkness and your light.

Darkness is in all of us, yes!

But we decide, who rules within us.

Light is in you, in me in all! We all have to find it, connect to it and start living it.

If it is soft and naive like a candle in a dark room, if you feel that way inside you ... you just have to feed it oxygen and it will grow, fill it with power to gradually shine, fill yourself with good words, thoughts, deeds and not of punishment, but love.
