Hoy he tenido una interesante y larga conversación con una clienta nueva.
Hablamos de la vida, de las formas que hay de verla de los pensamientos negativos, y de los pensamientos positivos.
Llegamos a la conclusión de que hay dos alternativas, ver el vaso medio vacío y vivir constantemente con preocupaciones y estrés o ver el vaso medio lleno y agradecer cada uno a su Dios por la vida que nos proporciona, mientras tenemos tiempo y ánimos de intentar llenarlo si queremos.
Yo ya opto por lo segundo, por disfrutar de los momentos y las cosas que tengo; En la vida nadie nos da garantía de que las cosas mejoren o empeoren. Es solo cuestión de aquí y ahora, como dice Eckhart Tolle.
Identificar cada emoción y llamarla por su nombre, alegría, tristeza, etc.
Y saber que solo es un estado emocional en el que nos encontramos en este momento, no nuestro modo de vida.
Todos pasamos por varios sentimientos a lo largo del día, y lo que no podemos hacer es cerrar la puerta y no dejar salir las emociones que nos causan daño… es mejor dejarlas salir y solo quedarnos con las positivas.
Cuando nos sintamos mal por alguna emoción que nos trae por el camino de la amargura, tenemos que intentar cambiar ese sentimiento por otro. ¿Cómo? Muy fácil con un pensamiento de algún momento de nuestra vida en el que el sentimiento era tan agradable que nos evoca una sonrisa…
¡Ese es el estado adecuado! Es difícil quedarse en el, pero no imposible.

Today...
Today I had an interesting and long conversation with a new client.
We talked about life; the way it can be lived with negative or positive thoughts. Our conclusions is that there are two alternatives, we can see the glass half empty and live constantly with stress and concerns or we can see the glass half full and thank God (each his own) for providing us in life, while we have time to fill our glass if we want too.
I already opted for the latter, to enjoy my moments and the things I have; Life gives us no guarantee that things will get better or worse. It's just a matter of here and now, as Eckhart Tolle says.
Identify each emotion and call it by its name her, joy, sadness, etc.
And know that it is an emotional state in which we are at this moment, not our way of life.
Everyone goes through several emotions throughout the day, and what we can not do is close the door and not let out the emotions that cause us harm ... it is best to left them out and just stay with the positive states.
When we feel bad because of some emotion that brings us thru the path of bitterness, we must try to change that feeling for another. How? Very easy with a thought of some time in our life when the feeling was so nice that it evokes a smile ...
That is the state! It's hard to stay in, but not impossible.
